1. About TradeFlow

TradeFlow (operated by TradeFlow Namibia) is a buy-now-pay-later platform that enables tradesmen to receive instant payment for completed quotes while clients repay the balance in monthly instalments. By creating an account or using any part of our service, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of Namibia to use TradeFlow. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

TradeFlow operates in Namibia. Use of this platform from other jurisdictions is at your own risk and is not supported.

3. Account types

Tradesman accounts are for individuals or businesses that perform skilled trade work (plumbing, electrical, building, painting, and similar). Tradesmen must complete identity and trade verification before receiving payouts.

Client accounts are for individuals who wish to hire tradesmen and repay job costs over time. Clients must consent to a credit assessment before accepting a quote on credit terms.

4. Quotes and payments

When a tradesman sends a quote through TradeFlow and a client accepts it, TradeFlow disburses the full job amount to the tradesman within 60 seconds, subject to successful credit assessment of the client. TradeFlow assumes full credit risk from this point.

Clients repay the job amount to TradeFlow in equal monthly instalments over the agreed repayment period (1, 3, or 6 months). Repayments are interest-free. Clients are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available on each repayment date.

Tradesmen acknowledge that once a payout has been made, the debt obligation lies between the client and TradeFlow — the tradesman has no further liability or recourse in the event of client default.

5. Tradesman subscription & fees

TradeFlow charges a job deduction fee on each payout. The rate depends on your subscription tier:

Monthly subscription fees are charged via Stripe at the start of each billing period. Downgrading or cancelling takes effect immediately. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

6. Credit assessment

By accepting a quote on credit terms, clients consent to TradeFlow performing a credit assessment. This may involve sharing personal information with credit bureaus or third-party data providers. TradeFlow reserves the right to decline a credit application or reduce the approved credit amount at its sole discretion. Declined applications will not result in any charge to the client.

7. Disputes

If a client disputes the quality or completion of work, they must raise a dispute through the TradeFlow platform within 7 days of the job being marked complete. TradeFlow may, at its discretion, pause repayments during an active dispute investigation. Tradesmen must cooperate fully with any dispute process. TradeFlow's decision on disputes is final.

8. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

• Provide false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Use the platform to facilitate fraudulent transactions
• Attempt to manipulate credit assessments
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or otherwise misuse the platform
• Use TradeFlow for any purpose that violates Namibian law

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant authorities.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeFlow and its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. TradeFlow's total liability in any matter shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to TradeFlow in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of TradeFlow after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Namibia.
